There is a spring in the middle of the pan. You have to push it down or to the side with a big screwdriver to collapse it enough to get it past the cavity body of the upper part of the pan mount. But you have to remove the rear wheel as well to give yourself the needed clearance to pull it out the back of the frame.

Remove upper oil pan on 94 ford probe have it loose wont come off

sum pans on original engines are glued on at the gasket. You may have to use something like a wood chisel to break the seal between the pan flange and the crank case edge.

Where is the oil drain plug on a 2008 flhtcu?

The oil tank is on the bottom of the transmission. The oil drain plug is on the bottom of the pan. I think the transmission drain is on the side of the pan.

Good Luck

Torque specs for 2007 FLHTCU oil drain plug ?

I don't have the service manual with me at the moment. But that oil plug should have an o-ring. It needs to be snug, but not too tight, you'll strip the threads in the oil pan. Also you should use a new o-ring.

Any tricks for removal of oil pan in a 4.0 litre

There is most likely a cross member in the way of the pan dropping down. Remove the cross member, 4 bolts, and the pan should drop once you have removed all the screws. You will need a seal cutter or a putty knife of some type to break the seal lose as Nissan uses a liquid gasket sealer when the engine is assembled.

How do i change a oil pan geskrt in a 94 jeep wrangler/

On most, you need to remove all bolts around the perimeter of the pan, (You may want to remove starter to get to fasteners there) then slide a paint scraper between the pan and block to break the seal. Generally there is enough room to get the pan out. If you need a bit more room, support the transmission with a jack (use a piece of plywood on top to avoid bending anything) remove both engine mount through bolts and raise engine slightly (not too much or you will break something)
