Question about 2007 Triumph Triumph Scrambler
10W40 or 15W50, depending on your climate. If you live in a temperate area, 10W40 is the recommended oil.
Synthetic or Semi-Synthetic is up to you, but if it is Synthetic you are after, don't use it until after 6K miles - until it is well run-in, in other words.
If you are looking for brand recommendations, check with your Triumph dealer.
