Question about 2001 Suzuki GSX-R 750
Last week bike started to die on me after being on highway then getting off to stop it wouldn't idle just die. If riding in town whole time it's fine. Just today I riding on highway when the fl appeared and oil light came on. Is it safe to drive to have looked at? What does it really mean?
It is not safe to drive with the oil light on, you risk major engine damage. It means low oil pressure. The FI light means a fault with the fuel injection system. You will need diagnostic equipment connected to the bike to read the fault code(s). Most likely this will be at a shop.
