Lan Driver Live Update

There are a lot of models of this ms-7267 mainboard,
Most of them have a Realtek LAN chip on board.

Drivers for the Realtek 810X 10/100 Mbp/s LAN.
Drivers for the Realtek 8168/811X 10/100/1000 Mbp/s LAN.

If you are also not getting responce on any WEB sites then your modem is either faulty or not configured correctly or the LAN card is faulty or the LAN driver is not installed correctly.

if you recently updated your os to windows 7 you might need to update the driver of your lan card.... to download the update just go to the manufacturers website of your lan card then search for the model of your lan card then download the newest driver

Drivers like, Lan, Audio, Intel INF Drivers, etc.. readily came packed with Windows 7 O.S. but the chipset drivers (Graphics driver included) isn't available for this model for windows 7 (Click Here for details).

You can run "windows update" from the Internet Explorer from the system where this motherboard is installed. Open Internet Explorer, click "Tools" and select "Windows Update" and follow the onscreen instructions, {Note: this should be done when the system is On and the internet is running}. Since Lan driver is readily installed on Windows 7, you need not to reinstall Lan driver, you can run the internet connection without any problem.

Another option is "Msi Live Update", download the application here (click here) and run the program from the system where this motherboard is installed. [Open the above link and click on one of the names of the areas "Europe" or "U.S." or "Asia"].

Open Advanced while in the bios. Than open Southbridge configuration.
Please check bios for Onboard LAN Page 2-24 in you're manual. Set this to [Enabled]
If you do not have this enabled the LAN controller will not function.
Once enabled in bios save and exit the bios menu.
Open windows update when you're system reloads.
Click the custom button when windows update open’s.
Windows update service will scan you're system and will see you're LAN is enabled.
Windows will list drivers for you're on-board built-in LAN controller.
Or you can use the Asus CD to install the LAN controller software.
If you're LAN controller does not function you may need to add a PCI eithernet card.

Choose you're operating system from the drop down menu.
There is one LAN driver, Sis Driver V2.0.1039.1070 for Windows 2000/XP/2003/XP 64bit/2003 64bit. Create a folder on your desktop and name it LAN. Download the LAN driver into the LAN folder. Uncompress the zip file, keep the uncompressed file within the LAN folder. Open windows device manager. Find the pci simple communications controller. Right click on it once. From the pop-up menu left click, update driver. Follow windows instructions. Find the Lan folder on you're desktop and open it. Left click once on the newely created Lan folder so it is high lighted. Click OK. Windows will find the correct software and install it for you. When finished restart you're system. Check windows update for hardware and software updates after windows restarts.
More often than not (pci simple communications controller) points to an audio driver missing but LAN controllers are included.

Update the Operating System over the internet.It willupdate all the drivers.Make sure Windows Update is turned On.

Can you check the network or lan setting maybe because of the update the configuration is changes. try to re install the lan driver from your cdrom motherboard driver.
