Replace ignition switch or see if its got a lock under your steering wheel or just keep rocking your steering wheel back and forth while trying to turn ignition on,dont force it though
Steering will unlock, key wont turn enough to start ignition.
maybe your shifting linkage under your hood is bad,try shoving the shifter on the top of your transmission forward towards the car window,if its goes all the way forward then try to start it,if it starts then your linkage needs to be replaced

If the display says "Off" the radio is locked from incorrect code input.
You need to leave the key in the accessory position with the radio on (display reads 'Off') for about two hours.
After that it should ask for he code again. You have three tries before it locks again.
Some radios are different, but typically you use the knob to adjust the numbers, push the knob in to move to the next number
