Should have a key that fits the helmet lock at left side below seat. with helmet lock open, pull down on black lever behind helmet lock, then pull seat backwards and up to remove.

I have a 1991 250 nighthawk and there's just a little loop in front of the rear blinker that you pull and it pops right off. Looks like someone jerry-rigged it, but its just a lever basically.

1994 honda cb 250 takes a long time to come off the choke about 3 miles summer time

Hi, there are a few things that it could be,I would check you have the right spark plugs in it the number on the plug is important, if the number should be 9, and you've got a 12 in it, it won't keep the heat in it will disperse the heat faster the higher the number, then check that the idol jet is clean and the setting for the mixture is set, the work shop manual should give you a rough setting. I hope that helps.

What did you adjust the valves to?

On your bike, the adjusters are adjusted when the motor is stone cold, and there is a prescribed gap (checked with a feeler gauge) between the valve adjuster and the end of the valve.

This gap is in the manual (along with the torque you're asking about), which is only $31.95

1995 Honda motorcycle Nighthawk 250 How do I remove the seat?

On the gearshifter side of the bike, in front of the rear turn signal is a lock and loop thingy. That is for locking the helmet. But, if you turn the key as though you are going to lock the helmet, and push a lever next to it, the seat will unlock. I believe you move the lever towards the front of the bike. The key will stay in the lock when you are in this mode. Give the seat a pull on the passenger strap. The seat will pop off. Put back on by looking under the seat when reinstalling it. You'll put it back on by putting the drivers end of the seat first, then the passenger part.

1991 CB 250 Nighthawk: whats the top speed for a 1991 honda nighthawk 250...

I have had my 2008 Nighthawk 250 up to 70mph with some left over. I just got it so I haven't really run it full throttle yet ( 75 miles on the OD ) I weight 300 lbs. I would guess 80 on a flat road. I felt comfy at 70 but this is my 5th bike. I bought this one for the gas mileage and 1 yr. warranty. I will try actual top speed on the Interstate in about 1000 miles. Hope this helps. I like the bike. Chris
