You should check whether your charging system is functioning correctly Aaron - common problem on Daytona unfortunately to lose either stator and/or R/R
See this guide that I authored on diagnozing charging issues and a recommendation for an improved solution that will greatly imprrove your charging performance and relibility.

My 2004 Chevolet Cavalier was running and started yesterday, but the next day would not start. It would turn over, but not start or run. Just run my battery down, started over, over

Spray a bit of carb cleaner in the air boot, off air filter housing to check if fuel pump went dead. Would be a good idea to check all fuses.

it sounds like you did every thing write... well i would start checking for a burnt (fuse-able link wire)
i know chrysler uses alot of fuse-able links.. start at the positive side of battery...
i don't know if you know what this is? a fuse-able-link is a plain looking wire that will melt inside the rubber casing, the way i check them is by grabing the wire with two hands and try to pull the wirer apart.. if it streches it blowen....Hope this help you out???

The automatic windows just stopped working for no reason?

more then likely it is a blowen fuse, check the fuse for the power windows, if that is not the problem then a lose wire somewhere.

I have a 1981 r65 bmw. My alternator light doesnt come on anymore and the battery is losing votage. Can you narrow it down to what the problem is?

it could be the bulb in the speedow head, if its blowen it woun let power into the charger check this bulb first, then check the fuses if a fuse has blown no charge to the battery

Daytona 955i (02) ran rough display went blank management light

When there is no charging system operational, the bike will run wih battery in total loss mode. When it gets to a certain point of discharge, the first indication is indeed as you saw, the intruments go blank. There is little power left at this point and need to get home asap!

Either the R/R (rectifier/regulator) and/or the stator is bad - both are unfortunately quite common failures on these bikes.

You can find a diagnosis guide that I personally authored at this site:
http://www.triumphrat.net/speed-triple-forum/104504-charging-system-diagnostics-rectifier-regulator-upgrade.html

Follow those guidelines and you will be able to determine which or both is failed.
Also is a recommendation for a retrofit/upgrade to a better component if you do need to replace the R/R.

When you say it has lost power, the engine is running but is bogging down or is it electrical because you replaced the battery and alternator, no headlights or gauges are not working.
Let me know.
