Why does my troy bilt bronco rear tine not get gasoline flow from my tank I have replaced the fuel line and only get gasoline if I disconnect at carb. end and hold the line in a downward position below carb level.

remove the spark plug. And pull the cord again. if the carb float is stuck down or you overfilled the oil you could be hydro-locking the engine. Check.

Recheck the pulleys, sand the pulley grooves until they are rough for max grip w/80 grit and do a careful pulley alignment check with a straight edge, don't just eyeball it, then make sure the belts are not to loose, about 1/2" at center run of belt is good enough,

Hi, you can just don't go to the local auto parts store and get a seal w/ identical ID and OD. TB seals have an all steel housing that protects the seal from rocks, roots etc. I'm having to assume the bronco is built the same as my old horse.
If you don't want to disassemble the housing, just drive an old flat tip screwdriver in the seal housing next to the tine housing. Using the tine housing as fulcrum, slip a punch or another screwdriver under the one you're prying with to work the seal out. Don't know about yours but a piece of 1 and 1/2" PVC worked good for a seal driver on my horse.
Take care...
