That's all there is. coolant should be to the top of the fill tube. check it only when the motor is cold. DO NOT open the cap when hot!!!

140cc lifan oil level check

Small engines usually have a sight glass - fill to halfway on the sight glass, or a dipstick built into the filler cap. Remove the filler cap and see if there isn't a little dipstick mounted inside. It will be marked to the proper fill level.

How do i check the oil level on my 1999 yahama v star 650

On the left side of the motor, down from the oil filler cap is a sight glass. With the bike level you should see the oil level and it should be about 1/2 way up the glass. With clean oil it's tough to see, and you may need to have a helper tilt the bike one way or the other to see it.

How can i find the dip stick on a 2003 triumph trophy 1200

Might be a sight glass (view the oil level in a window) or it will be on the filler cap - usually on the right side of the engine in any case (look real low on the side of the engine for the sight-glass.

I buy air compressor but how I put the oil

Of course, if this came with a should clearly indicate the fill orifice. If it is like the one pictured, The end opposite the handle, where the metal end of the pump is exposed on top of the tank, has a filler hole with a filler cap pushed or threaded into it. Twist this off and add the oil until you see it rise to the half-way point on the sight glass. On brand new units, the filler cap will be taped with a small caution tag, warning you not to start the unit without first adding oil. Most units use a high performance, non-foaming, full synthetic 20-50w oil. If there is no sight glass, the filler cap will have a fill level indicator. Do not overfill!

Looking for the fill plug on a 200 dodge darango 4 wheel drive front punkin all i see is a vent pipe

Do not remove radiator cap to add coolant to system. When adding coolant to maintain correct level, do so at coolant reserve/overflow tank. Use a 50/50 mixture of ethylene glycol antifreeze containing Alugard 340-2 y and low mineral content water.
Remove radiator cap only for testing or when refilling system after service. Removing cap unnecessarily can cause loss of coolant and allow air to enter system, which produces corrosion.

The cooling system is closed and designed to maintain coolant level to top of radiator.
Remove radiator cap. The coolant level should be to top of radiator. If not, and if coolant level in coolant recovery bottle is at ADD mark, check for:
  • An air leak in coolant reserve/overflow tank or its hose
  • An air leak in radiator filler neck
  • Leak in pressure cap seal to radiator filler neck

I just bought my ZX-12R and I do not have a service manual for it. I want to service it but am not familiar with the bike. I need to know how much oil and what kind to put in and how to check oil level,...

most oils will work, you want about 10W30 weight. you will either have a dipstick on the filler cap, or most kawasakis have a sight glass on the engine case with level markers. you will probly need to remove the fairing pannels to do this job. the coolant should have a small reserve bottle with level markers on it, if not open radiator cap with engine cold, and it should be full.
