Replace a spark plug's cap and check it again. The 1rst and 4rth cylinders fires up together at the same time.So if the 4rth is ok you should start with the first cylinder's cap and coil cable replacement.

erratic compression indicates a cam lobe problem or cam follower problem
with that many miles on it , the cam shaft will have wear on it but the rest of the motor will have considerable wear including possible ring problems on the numbered pistons
If the body is rust free consider a new -out of the box engine as a cheap plug to stop the repair waste of money

There is engine oil in the spark plug well of No1 cylinder (the well is about 10-12cm long and the oil is almost up to the top of the spark plug). I'm guessing there is a seal or seals between the cylnder...

Valve cover gasket , this is a common problem and its not the cylinder head it is held in by 6 bolts and is common to leak in to sparkplug area and causes misfire, your spark plugs wires are considered oil soak and you might as well get those replaced,

Misfire when going up hill or under load is more likely to be a plug or plug lead. Valve clearances only change slightly when hot but not under load so if it only misfires going up hill its likely to be electrical or fuel starvation, check the fuel filter also
