Make sure compression isnt going into the cooling system {cracked head or bad head gasket} and if overfilled can cause this ckeck thermostat.and cooling fan

If is violently loosing coolant from overflow then best case you need new radiator cap worst case head gasket needs replacing.

If it squirts a little when hot now and again or when you turn motor off squirts or drips a little then this is probably normal. just releasing pressure

I am guessing its leaking alot or you wouldn't have posted here.

it will rev cause it is sucking air where the oil pipe used to be. the tube will be close to the rubber intake, if not on the intake itself

Got water and steam coming out of over flow pipe on my dtr 125

Clean out your cooling system, flush it and make sure the radiator is not clogged. You could be overheating due to a clogged up radiator. If you put your hand on the radiator, it should be the same temperature all around. If clogged up it will be colder in the middle and very hot where the water comes in from the engine. CAUTION not to burn yourself, use of IR thermometer recommended.
If that's not it, then check your head gaskets.

I know you said you did the head gasket, but it really sounds like a head gasket issue and pressure getting from the cylinder into the colling system. If you've had recurring overheating that necessitated another gasket replacement you'll likely have a warped head, which could explain the recurring t symptoms despite changing the gasket.

I'd do a compression test with the radiator cap off and see if you're losing compression. You'll likely need to have the head machined to remove the warping. Once machined and replaced with a good Yamaha brand gasket and a high temp sealant to help it, you should be okay. Be sure to torque the head bolts exactly in the order required and to the exact level required by the factory.
