I have a kawasaki 110 and my starter is stuck. there is no movement in the kick start. Is there a part that needs to be replaced or does something need to be adjusted?
Re: my starter is stuck. there is no movement in the
You are going to have to pull the right case cover and look at the kick gears to see what is going on. This is no adjustment. There will be a spring or two and possibly a gear that will need to be replaced.

I replaced my 29hp fk801v Kawasaki on my lzz29ka606 exmark laser z mower today I am having trouble with the ignition wiring As so as I turn the key from off to on [not in start position] the starter starts to crank the engine over a think I might have it wired wrong or maybe a bad relay the reason I had to change the engine was because it looks like something locked up in the engine and caused the starter housing to grenade just wondering if the starter running may have caused it to happen hope someone can help out thanks yal be safe
Picture a lawnmower. Pull the starter cable with the lawnmower on its side. Envision the movement being the same on the kick start. Removal of the cylinder housing requires removal of the starter arm. Many scenarios the arm connects to a gear with a bolt. Recommend bike shop. So as not to damage gear.

Are you sure you put them back together in the correct sequence and spacings? To me it sounds as you missed something such as over tightneing or wrong clutch sequence. Try re-do it again.
hi, will the shift lever shift up when the bike is being pushed along, is it stuck in neutral, if its in neutral then push it down make sure it goes into 1st gear then can u get someone to push u whilst holding the clutch in then release the clutch and see if you can jump start the bike that way.
when you push the kick start down is it turning the engine over properly and if so if the compression is really to low then the chances are the piston ring has broke and scored the side of the cylinder if this is the case then you need to get new piston and rings and a new cylinder.
The problem with moto x bikes is they are high power and work at really high temp so parts need changing more often the piston rings need changing every 25 to 35 hours of riding time you need to do this as they ware and brake if used any longer.
you also need to make sure you get the petrol and oil mixture spot on as if its not getting enough oil it will blow the piston and rings so you need to measure exactly the correct mixture.
these bike are expensive to maintain and need new parts on a regular basis so remember this the next time you get the bike running
Well it depends but it should be able to get up to about 45 mph. However, if u put the 4th gear in it can go maby 50. You can also put some parts in to give ur bike a little more kick
