There could be a number of reason for what is happening to your motor but the backfire and the loss of power or stalling may not be related.

Check the spark plugs and ignition if they are still OK. In some units they are close to each other and may be connected. Check out the wiring for loose or open connections. Your bike may not be burning fuel correctly hence the the backfire during starts. Check also for vacuum leaks. I am not sure if you model has the rubber diaphragm on top of the carb. See if it needs replacing.

Holes on the exhaust can also cause back fires.

I drove a Goldwing home from a dealer that ran terribly. It was a $350 motorcycle, they just wanted gone. All it needed was four new spark plug caps , about $5 each. After 10 years I still drive it 600 miles to Sturgis,SD. Always try the cheap stuff first. Don't forget to put in new plugs at the same time.

I have a 1986 Aspencade Goldwing GL1200A, The bike got blown over do to strong winds. I can get the engine started but it will shut down a few minutes later or driving it about 2 to 3 block.

The fuel doesn't reaches the carburetors fast enough and they run dry - there's something wrong with the fuel line, it's choked somehow. Or the fuel pump was damaged by the fall. You should also check the tank and its tap.

Had the same problem on my 1985 GL1200 aspy.
One of the pulse generators had an intermittent error. With time, it became worse. I replace the pulse generator set and problem gone. Pretty difficult to find, especially as I reasoned that 2 cylinders oughtta fire if one pulse generator worked. Wrong assumption. On the 1985, one dead pulse generator means no ignition. So check the spark when it's dead. Did take me a long time to figure out.
Good luck

check the fuel filter it sounds like it's pluged and causing too much back presure this is causing an over load in the fuel pump causing it to stop working or to presure lock

My radio on my82 honda goldwing dont have sound

(Better1969) is correct. I just bought a 1983 Aspencade and there was no sound to my speakers. The gentleman I bought the bike from supplied new speakers but I quickly ruled that out. There are 3 fuse links behind the left turn signal in the fairing. 1 was a 1 amp, 1 was a 2 amp and the blown fuse was a 5 amp. I didn't have a 5 amp so I put a 2 amp in its place. So far the sound is still working but my FM radio reception is very poor.

Engine miss at 45-55mph, no accleration with throttle response,

Anytime a bike sits for that long you stand a chance of fuel system problems. It sounds like you may need to "boil out" the carburetors and of course resynchronize them with vacuum gauges when you put it back together. You can also use a mercury manometer for synching the carbs. My guess is you have varnish still in the float bowls that is causing erratic running and perhaps the vacuum operated slides are not working correctly.
