Question about 2006 Yamaha Roadliner
Need to replace air filter how to locate it and how to replace it
Remove the 3 bolts from the instrument cluster on the tank, remove the wiring connectors to the instrument cluster under the front of the cluster, remove the tank and the filter is in the top of the box under the fuel tank. You are supposed to remove the fuel lines, but if you are careful you can set the front of the tank off to the left side of the bike and support it with a cahair or something similar so that the fuel lines don't have to be reconnected. OOOOPS forgot...you need to remove the seat first.
Hope this helps.
I also have an 06 Roadliner

Try under the seat. If you can't see it then that is where they hide it.
