Sounds like your crank sensor is bad. Most times they don't give any warning,or a chech engine light. They will just cut off and will restart after a few minutes and run fine again. I would also check the ground connections under the front of the seat, check for corrosion on the fuses, and if it has a power commander, take it out of the equation by unhooking it and see if it still cuts off on you. Good luck.

SOURCE: Rear cylinder not firing

The first thing I would do is replace the spark plugs again. You can foul a plug and it will cause you more problems than you can ever imagine. I see you have done all the logical things that I would recommend but I did not see you have replaced the plugs after the 200 miles. You would be surprised at how many times a $2.00 part can cause fits beyond belief.

Are you adding oil to the gas? (32/1 = 4 ounces per gallon)
Do you still have spark? Install a new stock spark plug.
Clean the carb, but follow these steps >

Remove the carburetor from the engine.
Remove the float bowl and clean the entire carb with a spray carb cleaner from the auto parts store. Wear protective goggles to avoid getting spray in your eyes. Spray into all the little airways and fittings in the carb. Remove the two screws on the outside throat of the carb and spray into the screw holes as well.
< < READ CLOSELY > >
Be sure to put these two screws back in the same hole they came out of. IMPORTANT > do not tighten these two screws down. Only screw these in until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each screw one and one half turns outward. Put the rest of the carb back together, clean the air filter and install the carb. Let the float bowl fill then start the engine. Let the bike warm up then set the idle speed. This process should get you back on the road.

Riding my1999 wyde glide and it just died have power to speedo lights but wont turn over

Does anything else work? If not probably only enough juice in the battery to work the speedo lights. If you have a MF (Maintenance Free) Battery and its over 2 years old welcome to the club your battery is shot. They don't last like the fill up types did, also they tend to lie if you charge them i.e. register fully charged but try to use it and nothing happens. If yours is a fill up type try charging it with a dedicated motorcycle charger. No more than 1 amp.and see if it works if not get a new battery.

Driving down highway bike died now wont start

Circuit breaker. Mine is under the seat, not sure where the wide glide model is. Does it re set and start after several minutes? if so it will be the breaker, a common issue with Harley nowdays. If it died altogether try unplugging the ecm and the plug it back in and double check all battery connections. can also be the key switch.

No power when the key switch is in the run position

Isolate the igition switcw again and set your meter to ohms turn key to acc. test red and red/grey wires 0-10 ohms then turn key switch to on test red-red/grey then red-red/back, then red/grey-red/black again 0-10 ohms the higher the resistance the lower the voltage. Now if that tests ok then it is plug and play i would go to the ground side and check the resistance there is a common ground on the left side of the bike check that for loose or broken connection good luck
