Question about 2005 Qianjiang QJ150
If I let it sit for a little while, (1 hour or more) then go try to start it, it starts immediately (in idle position) but only runs about 1 second. Will not start or even pop after that if I try to start it. It also won't start if I open the throttle even just a little. I know I am getting fire to the plug because I checked it. I am also getting gas to the carb bowl because I pulled the hose off and tried to start it. the gas pumped just fine out of the hose. I have tried all that I could think of but nothing has worked so far. I have been working on this thing for a week and feel I am getting nowhere. Help would be greatly appreciated.
NOTE: THE INFORMATION UNDER THE PRODUCTS CATEGORY IS NOT CORRECT. IT DID NOT LISE THE MOTORSCOOTER I AM WORKING WITH. BUT I HAD TO PUT SOMETHING TO POST. I AM WORKING ON A SUNL 150cc SCOOTER.
Your carbeurator is the problem. You can get a kit and rebuild the carb, or just get a new one and install it.
