You may have the oil level too high and if you did not get the oil pump properly synched when the cam cover went back on or if you did not replace the o-rings you may have sumping going on now.

SOURCE: oil come out the air cleaner

Too much crankcase pressure or the breather pipe is split/dosconnected. The crankcase breather goes into the rear of the air filter and the crankcase gasses are drawn in to the cylinder with the gas/air mixture and burned

SOURCE: oil leak from air cleaner area

Hello bpowell456....this is more or less a generic problem on the harley.... an over filled oil tank will make it puke oil from the intake and a sticky check ball valve will cause it also...this ball type valve allows oil to drain back ...very common after sitting a while|
Good luck ...hope this helps

Stalls when slowing down to stop, does it once in a while, usually when it is warmed up, will restart no problem idles fine and steady

You most likely need to clean the engine throttle valve and the engine idle speed control solenoid (AKA airbypass valve). Use only spray throttle valve cleaner, most parts store carry this cleaner. Since you gave no year, make, model or engine type that is all I can help.

The throttle body on my 5.4litre 99 ford truck has black gewy gummy gunk in it what's the cause of that

thee will always be oily smoke coming back past valves from the pcv valve outlet when the engine is stopped
if you have a problem air filter then any fine dust will mix with that vapour and produce what you have
check the air cleaner and entire air filtration system for leaks including the air filter
The latest news from all manufacturers is , air filters are no longer cleaned but replaced with new units

Vehicle dies when coasting after acceleration, or when coming to a stop.

The first thing to try is to get a can of throttle body cleaner from Autozone or Walmart and clean the throttle valve and the idle speed control valve, they get get gummed up and that causes the annoying stall.

96 monte carlo idle fluctuates when standing still. Also lights go dim when idle drops. changed both O2 sensors, battery, tensioner belt, and altenator. Mechanic thinks its the choke sensor but knows...

Hello and welcome. sounds like the throttle body may be just dirty. remove hose from air cleaner to the throttle body. clean out the throttle body bore and around the throttle body with some throttle body cleaner. then retest and see if the problem is repaired

06 Hyundai Azera error code p0300, car ran rough at first then ok , check engine came on, Dealer put fuel injector cleaner in it. had problem a year ago and dealer said problem was accellerator pedal...

P0300 is a random misfire detected, and it would cause me to do a good tuneup-clean the throttle body, air filter, fuel filter, plugs, plug wires (if it has them), oil change (just because)-fuel injector cleaner is voodoo and the dealer proved that he did not know what was wrong when he did that in my opinion-while there is nothing wrong with throwing in a bottle of injector cleaner once in a while, it is NOT going to fix a misfire problem-that is probably an ignition issue that may be confounded by a bad fuel filter/air filter or leaking injector o-ring.

its most likely the throttle body is dirty, just remove the air box on top of the engine and clean the throttle body out with carb cleaner.
