SOURCE: i got blue smoke coming out of my tail pipe on 200

This is engine oil burning ,I bet it smells oily. The valve guide seals under the rocker cover are worn ,or the piston rings are worn and poss the bore on such a old bike this is common. If you have little money just keep going ,the spark plug will eventually fail, Or you will need to restore your engine with a strip and rebuild.New seals, rings and check bore piston tolerance .

SOURCE: installing turn signals

I would assume this is to make bike road legal
To add turn signals You can add some signal relays and wire up to battery and a switch so each time you turn for left or right it triggers relay which triggers the light ..

More power from tc 250 2010

Top end engine rebuild. Sprocket size depends on the type of riding. Standard should be OK for motocross. If you need more top speed install a larger front sprocket and a smaller rear sprocket. Divide the rear sprocket teeth by the number of teeth on front sprocket e.g 48/14 = 3.43 a lower number means higher top speed 45/15 = 3.0 but compromised performance at lower speed. For tight forest riding and steep hills Rear 48 front 13 = 3.69 etc is preferable.

What is the simplest way to do to make honda wave 100 become high speed??

The simplest way is to change the stock front sprocket for a larger one. Assuming the stock sprocket has 12 teeth, go to a 13 or 14 tooth sprocket. This will give a higher top end speed but will slow the bike on acceleration off the line. Simple and low cost.

It sounds like you have 2 sprockets on the Front (Crank) sprocket-
and likely 6 sprockets on the rear?

So-- when you have the chain in the smaller diameter sprocket on the front, and you have the chain on the biggest sprocket in the rear-- you have the most mechanical advantage-- and you can climb hills the best-

If you started in this gear, (sand you are pedaling on the level road) you could gradually work you way up thru those 6 sprockets-- until you are cruising-

Then -- for all practical purposes, you can shift the Front sprocket to the larger sprocket, and now you have at the fastest ratio possible. (In other words you pedal slower, for a faster rotation of the rear wheel-- make sense?)

There is no need to switch back and forth 12 times, as you go gradually faster-- (It is not like driving a big truck! :-)

Does this help?-- if not, let me know what I missed in your question?

I own a 96 fireblade and when you ride very slow at about 2-3000 revs and shut the throttle you get a lot of slack and a knocking sensation you can feel it threw the foot pegs its also bad at 6-8000 revs...

Ok, clutch slip, would not be noticable when you back off the throttle so mutch, you would mainly notice slip when accelarating as the engine speed would increase but not your actual speed, as if you hadn,t let go of the clutch fully
Is the noise noticable through all the gears? Does. The bike jurke when the noise is present?
If it does i would check these items externaly.
The condition of the drive chain, rotate the wheel and check for missing rolers from the chain links, remove front sprocket cover, and observe the sprocket for broken or missing teeth. Also check if the sprocket has exsess play as if the bolt were loose, if so remove and check shaft condition for dammaged splines, next look at the rear sprocket for broken or worn teeth, missalignment and tension, all fixing bolts, next grab the sprocket firmly top and bottom pull to and fro as if you were pulling from the outer and not in a rotation , you are now looking to see if the bearing in the carrier on the rear wheel has failed any exses movment would mean replacing the bearing, this would contribute to vibration, if this is ok press the chain downwards check to se if the engine moves, sometimes engine bolts become loose and vibration would again be evident, check engine subframe for damage cracking etc. Vibration can also derive from front and rear wheel bearings giving a visible vibration in footrests and handlebars in extreme cases, good luck my bet is chain and sprocket, poss carrier bearing, paul

Sir, I own a Passion plus Bike 1996 make. 1.What would be the reason If I experience chain sounds-Usually while changing gears? 2.some sort of Shaking Rings noise from Engine , was it really mean that the...

The transmission consists chain sprocket assembly, with the smaller sprocket on the engine & a larger one at the rear wheel. The chain stretches and the sprocket teeh keeps getting worn whenever you accellerate or use the engine as a brake to slow down. This play can increase up to 2 inch,. thus on lower gear, higher mechanical advantage, looses since the sprocket of the engine transfers power after that play/gap/time required to tranfer the same power to the rear sprocket result of metal on metal hammer.
Tighten chain at regular intervals and change the chain sprocket if its still the original one. If the bike runs 50+ km in a day and/or at high speed, change the engine oil every 500 to 750 km running i.e. once a month. Whichever comes first. The oil becomes darker & looses it's viscocity(thin). Also after covering so many kms, if the engine oil had been low for that period & running at a good speed you might require a change of piston rings( 1 oversize) and then filed to fit without jamming the piston.........sodeep

Speedo stopped working

Has your speed sender become damaged?
Inspect it to see if it has any physical marks on it that shows something has been abrading on it; Also check that the rotor is still securely attached to the output shaft where primary sprocket is mounted.
