Question about 1985 Yamaha XJ 700 X Maxim
I can't find the "dipstick", nor an oil level window on my Maxim X??? How can I tell how much oil I have on board? Thanks
There are two way most bike have to check oil level. on the right side there should be a round plug that says something like 10w40 unscrew this and there is a dipstick on the end. the other way is again on the right side there will be a sight glass about the size of a quarter with 2 marks next to it work just like a dipstick and as always to get accurate readings the bike need to be level front to back, side to side
