The installation of the carb is the reverse of the removal.
Why do you think you need to replace the carby on your bike? This is a serviceable part and should not need replacing for the life of the bike. Id have someone that has 1/2 an idea look at it before starting the removal and if you are asking about how to do it probably not a job you should be undertaking in the first place.

Check the flywheel key. Sounds like it is sheared causing late firing.
With piston at TDC the flywheel magnets should line up with the ignition coil legs.

1987 jr50 throttle cable to carbuator

On top of the carburator is a round cap where the cable passes through, un-screw it, remove the spring underneath, along with the piston/needle assembly. Thread the cable through the cap and then the spring, compress the spring by hand and pull the cable slack through. The top of the piston has 2 holes side by side, one larger than the other, with a narrow groove connecting the two together, thread the cable end into the larger hole and while holding it with one hand, use the other to slide the cable through the narrow groove connecting the 2 holes so the cable end is now under the smaller hole.

What is the round thing in the carbuator of an drz 125

I am guessing you are talking about the piston valve, more commonly known as the slide.

Bike is cutting out and dies out when you throttle hard. symptoms of water in fuel, bad plugs, or flooding out. Pipes are black inside and black is coming out. I have put heet and foam in gas tank - put...

make sure they are the right plugs, i have had many a yamaha rider swear they put the right plugs in and found out that they used the wrong resistance plug. there are two types of plugs, resistor and non-resistor, if you use the wrong type the bike will idle fine and even run ok at low rpm, but as soon as you throttle on, it sputters and wants to die, check that first and repost.

Engine does not idle well. always surging.

the nozzle is clogged.if this is a briggs engine it has a plastic carbuator on it.to clean you need to remove the gas tank and carbuator, that the screws out that hold the carb. to gas tank.inside you will find a screen covering the nozzle, carefully using a very small screw driver pop the nozzle from the carbuator.there is an o-ring holding it in.don't lose it.gently blow air both directions through the carb.replace it and start the mower up,surge should be gone now.hope this could help,if not let me know and we can try something else........................

if you have fuel comming from the carbuator area it is usually a flooding problem.either you pulled it to many times with the choke on,or the needle inside the carbuator is bad.to fix the first problem, pull the spark plug out, pull it about ten 10 to twelve 12 times.reinstall the spark plug.squeeze the trigger and pull again with saw in full throttle .it should start......second problem is more complacated.you need to rebuild the carbuator.......one more thing that could cause oil and fuel from carbuator is too much oil in fuel mixture.that would be the first thing i would look into......let me know if this helps.........

Clean Carbs

Internally or externally? If you mean inside then you can use lucas, shevron techron, or deep creep (from sea foam). It is slow working but it will clean the inside of your fuel system. If you have some type of blockage then you may need to pull the carbuator off.
