Question about 2002 Harley Davidson FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide
My o2 wide glide brake light stays on once the engine has been running for 15 minutes or so. After I shut the bike off it works fine 30 minutes later. Start it up& it works fine until its been running for a little bit.
Make sure your rear brake pedal has freeplay in it. when you slowly push the lever down by hand you should be able to feel some freeplay. if not the the reason it keeps staying on is because the vibration of the motor is actually pumping up your brake ( light too ) and not releasing it until it bleeds off the pressure.
