Please tell me you've checked the fuses and the lights to make sure neither of them are burnt out.

And, for the sake of being thorough, can you please take a picture and upload it here to show which position you have the light switch on when the back lights are not working

its the 2 orange lights. i cant take a picture cause its dark out. the bike only has 6300 miles on it. there is no switch for them other then when the blinker. which one would stay on while the other blinks. now the blinkers are all that works. its wires are green for ground the left light has green and orange. the right side has green and blue wires.

Wires not important, there's 6300 miles, they're not corroded. The rear "marker" lights (amber, or orange as you have described them) will only be on when you've turned the headlight on (daytime running lights don't count).

When you check them, with say a test light and they work. It is because you have a good ground with the test light. Check and rerun ground wires if necessary On the back of the truck, check for ground straps from the frame to the bed..

Turn signal hazard lights work but not running lights

The parking lights should be on a different circuit from turn signals - hazard lights. The bulbs usually have two filaments, one for each circuit.
On most models there is a tail light fuse and relay that handles front and rear parking lights.

Runnin lights dont work but blinkers do

The only running lights will be the front. Make sure there are 3 wires going to the front turn signals. If not then you have a set of rears on the front. The wire color for the running light side is blue. That can be ( or should be ) attached to an Orange/ white wire ( that is a typical key on hot for Harley ) I would also double check the ground on them as well, since the turn signal can actually pick up a ground by back feeding through itself, but would still not let the running light to work

Right read blinker/break light dont work, turn signal blinks rapidly

It's the bulb. There are two filliments in the bulb. One is for when you turn your lights on and the other is for breaking and blinker flashing. When the break filliment goes bad it causes the blinker to flash very rapidly. 100% the bulb. Change it and all will be good again. P.S. if it were a fuse none of the break lights or blinkers would work.

Using a test light check to see if there is power to the wire at the plug where the bulb is for the blinker. if so the socket is bad. if not check to see if the light assembly is working for ex. the parking lights or the brake light ect If those lights dont work then check the fuse for the right rear tail light. Hope this helps.
