Question about 2005 Hyosung GT 250
Sounds like the "kick-stand-down" switch is mal-adjusted, or defective.
Get a continuity checker / ohm-meter, get down there, and investigate visually, and test electrically while the stand is up, and while you wiggle it around a little.

Adjust your clutch. I don't know what kind of bike you have. Research clutch adjustment for your bike online...usually this is a very simple procedure.
