Are you running standard lines ? if you are they maybe bulging under pressure as they need replacing with braided lines, if you have braided lines then could be just fluid needs replacing as it may have absorbed moisture or the master cylinder seals are weak and need replacing, hope this helps.

2008 Yamaha Royal Star tourdeluxe : which brake pads are the best (metal, kevlar, etc)

Original pads are the best. I fitted non originals to the rear of my SV and the disc has worn a fair bit. The front discs show no wear and are on their 2nd set of original pads. Originals are pricey but the discs seem to wear less.

I have a F150 p/u 2000 for 10yrs. Each year I change the brake pads. But the rear pads still looks like new. The front pads are worn down. What can be causing the problem?

normally, you replace the rear brake pads every other change in the front brake pads. for your case, it seems that the front brakes are the only ones working.

bleed your brakes to check if rear brakes are still working. after bleeding, check your brake master if it puts pressure equally to the 4 brakes.

WARNING LIGHT LOOKS LIKE THREE DOTS ON EACH SIDE OF A CIRCLE WHAT IS IT.

It's the warning light for the front brake pads - they are obviously getting a bit worn. Just pop into a brake place and they can do a visual inspection at no cost.

Front brakes binding and grinding

Sounds like your brake calibers are sticking. Get new ones and new pads. You probably should get new rotors also because with the dragging calibers they most likely got hot and are warped. Search on ebay and www.rockauto.com . I personally use power stop drilled and slotted rotors with mid grade pads. You can probably get a whole kit.
