04 suzuki volusia cant tighten throttle up

Something broke loose in my throttle cant tighten it up anymore still works just wont tighten up will changing the grips solve that problem

Either the cable has streached to much or the plastic in your throttle grip is damaged

Have you had your front wheel off at any time?

What usually happens is the magnetic speed sensor at the front wheel was not lined up properly when the wheel was replace and it broke. A very common occurrence.

Chances are the main diaphragm or accelerator diaphragm is not tightened down or has a slight leak in the membrane. The jets may also need to be cleaned along with the various circuits in the carb.

Back Firing / loss of power


it mite be fuel injectrd dont know im oldschool if itz carb then purchase a manual-watever you do dont bring it to the dealership boyz and be careful with fuel problems carbs were developed by geniuses
