The back corners of the riders seat are soft and can be bent up to expose the screws that hold it to the frame.

How do i remove the seat on a honda 954 rr 2002?

I think on this model you just pull up on the back corners of the riders seat to expose 2 retaining bolts. Remove the bolts then pull the seat up and back to remove it.

Need to remove seat to jump do I do that?

There is a bolt at the back of the passenger seat, you remove it and slide the seat to the rear This will expose the bolts at the rear of the rider's seat, remove them and slide the rider's seat back. There's your battery.

Removing the driver seat

Unlock the pillion pad, remove the allen key from under it, then remove the two semi circular grommets at the rear of the riders seat. This will expose the two fixings that hold the seat in position, they can now be undone with the allen key.

Remove the seat

The two rear corners of the riders seat can be pulled back, you will find two allen head screws, simply remove them and the seat can be removed exposing the battery.
