Car over heated and leaked out all the engine oil

car overheated probably because of lack of oil, your lucky the engine has not seized due to lack of oil. has the oil filter ruptured? Perhaps the sump plug has been loose and fallen out or the seal on the sump is corroded and allowing oil to escape?

My engine has water, can i rebuild it

I take it that you mean the engine has water in the sump oil. IF so yes it can be rebuilt but I would find the reason for the water getting into the sump. It may be a faulty head gasket., leaking head stud threads, corroded timing cover housing behind the water pump impellor or other corroded parts that connect to the sump oil . If you have a cracked cylinder /liner then it is possible for a good auto engineering shop to re-sleeve the motor. But if the motor has been performing well then check all the places I have mentioned and it will be cheaper in the long run.

My battery light and brake light goes on , some time goes off and on / I have a new battery and I change the altalnator

Check the battery terminals (where they are connected to the engine.) Those clamps can be loose or corroded. It happened to me and if i hit a bump or the road was bumpy, the battery cables would slide loose and the power would flicker or die completely
Open the hood when the car is off and try to wiggle the positive nad negative connections on your battery. They shouldn't move at all. If they're loose, tighten them up carefully. If they're covered in battery acid or corroded, then you may need new terminals for your new battery to connect well to your engine. Good luck, i hope this helps.

Temp got up to 230 on my 99 cadillac deville is that normal

Make sure your engine is breathing properly, by regularly changing air filters. Flush your cooling system once each year and pressure test. There are cooling lines that cross over the rear of the engine that get corroded and may begin to weep can view these lines by removing the engine cover....if you've had a consistent odor of antifreeze after running, with no drippage evident, this area is probably the my 99...

Pipe corrosion

This metal pipe is coming out of the cooling system right? Then it is probably a seperate casting that is bolted to the block. Forming a pipe interface on an engine block would be nearly impossible even for Hyundai!
The Hyundai warranty is for the engine and drivetrain major components. This being an outside casting it might be covered.
Are you at a Hyundai service provider? They should be able to tell you straight up if its covered.

I have a 2002 doge ram my positive terminal was really corroded .. was completely covered in battery corrosion and i need to take off and clean to regain power.. what might have caused this?

if the connection was corroded severely than its possible the ignition system couldn't get the power necessary to fire the electronic ignition system. Auto parts stores carry a anti-corrosion spray can that helps the terminals resist corrosion. just spray it on until the terminals are covered.

How to replace the starter?

Before we get started, are you positive it is the starter ?
You could have dead battery, loose or corroded cables, bad relay. If your sure then,
Here are the steps :
-Remove negative(black)battery cable.
-Remove plastic cover from transmission that covers the starter /ring gear.
-Unbolt starter from engine, and bracket.
-Slowly lower starter, and remove cables, and wires, but MAKE SURE you mark then so you know how they go back on !
-Pull out starter.
-Install in reverse order.
