Question about 2004 Yamaha WR 450 F
I have taken off many parts to change my rear coil spring. i need some helpful tips. am having alot of trouble . Thanks
I have never needed to replace that part so my best help is to put a service manual in your hands.
Go to this site and you can download a free PDF service manual.
www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp Most of the manuals are in English but some are not. There is no way to be sure without doing the download. You can always delete it if in a foreign language. The spring is the same '03 and '04.
Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx
A “very helpful” rating for this answer? Thanks!

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
