Shaking at low speed (25-30 mph)

Hi! My 2003 Odyssey starts to shake at 25-30 mph like going through an earthquake of very low intensity. Usually does this when slowly accelerating, like when going to go up on a slight hill and sometimes when accelerating during a traffic jam. The mileage is 84,500 miles. Please let me know if any of you has experienced this problem, what it is and how can it be fixed. Thanks.

It does not feel like a front end problem. The effect is on the whole car, like when a car with a driveshaft with a defective bearing that vibrates when power is transfered from the engine to the rear end when accelerating.

get this to a front end shop you might loose control of the car, this is to serious for a free forum response that may not be correct, this is a safety issue.

Low speed shakes indicates a wheel alignment problem
have the suspension and wheel bearings checked out by an accredited suspension shop
under acceleration it could be engine mounts cracked in the rubber being actuated by misfiring form a cylinder
run the fault codes as well

Truck starts to shake at 40 mph gets to 45 mph then the shaking stops after 45 mph

Many possibilities. I would start with wheels, and take it to a well equipped tire dealer. Have them check that the wheels and rims are clean, properly torqued. Spin the wheels up to speed and check for dynamic wheel balance. Check for broken radial belts. Check for recalls on your tires. Check for driveshaft and universal joint damage/ balance.

The car shakes at 35 mph then as you increase speeds the shaking disappears then starts shaking again at 63 mph....the shaking is both in the wheel and in the seat .I had the wheels balanced to no avail...

It can be the suspensions or the shock absorbers, check also the engine mountings.
i will be good to take a full checkup of all the links and suspension bushes in the car. so a full test on the shocck absorbers, test the wheel bearings the hubs and if the discs are bend even is if the balancing was done.

Shaking steering above 60mph

First we need to know where is the shaking noise coming from?Is your car a 4X4?If noise comes from a driven wheel it can be the differential system or bearing also.Usually the speed you have specified is pointing to wheel alignment problem. Also can advice to go to a different tire shop and check wheel alignment again, also ask the mechanic to check the state of your wheels and tires. One of them may be damaged .

Jumping

2001 Honda Odyssey 3000cc engine gave me the "shakes". Turns out one of the Ignition Coils failed rendering the spark plug useless. Change with part number 30520-p8e-a01and now runs normally.
