There is a wiring problem obviously & it is probably only earth related causing this to happen. They should all work independantly.
If you cannot fix take to an Auto Electrician.

Alex

Head lights and park lights work in front but not on rear and tag light dont work on 96 sierra can you help

Check your Tailight fuse to see if it's blown, if so then start checking for a bad bulb(shorted element) in tailight circuit boards . and also don't forget to check grounds as well, there should be one at rear frame by left (drivers Side) tailight connection/trailer harness connection. hope this helps. do your Brake lights Work ?

Having problems with brake lights. The hazard light and blinkers are working when applied. When I apply brake the centre light on hatch door works but the two side lights don't work

Well the fact the high mount/3rd brake light works proves brake light switch is working. I would suspect factory trailer connector wire which feeds off tailight is broken. Follow wire from plug back to left taillight where it is exposed to the elements.

Rear tailight blinkers not flashing , they barely flicker, front blinkers work. brake and driving light works.

You have a short. The longer you ride the worse it will get from vibration wearing off protective coating. Trace wires or finding curcuit and running new ones may be easier.
