Question about 2005 Honda VTX 1300 C
You need to put the bike up on its center stand and check the triple tree bearings for wear and tear. i.e. grab the front wheel while facing the bike and gently give a tug to see if it moves. you wanna pull hard enough to move it but not hard enough to pull the bike off the stan.
