2005 HD Electra Glide Ultra Classic - Cruse Control works great...but light on tack for Cruse Control blinks green when not activated on dash, light blinks green and red alternately when activated on dash.....but yet works great when activated on dash and engaged from handlebars....what could be causing this?

Swapping to LED on any vehicle that didn't have them as OEM equipment never works despite what sellers tell you. The LED Module create back EMF that confuses the ECM.
The Electra glide bikes usually have the oil tank on the bottom of the transmission. On the bottom of the oil, there are two drain plugs. The one in the center is the transmission drain. The one on the left side a bit forward is the oil drain.
Trouble code 16 indicates the ecm (engine control module) saw a battery voltage less than 6.2vdc or greater than 15.5vdc. The lower reading typically occurs during activation of the starter or indicates loose wire connections. The higher reading is usually caused by a faulty voltage regulator.
