How to install the cam shaft had to remove to put head bolts in my 2002 pt crusier

Get a Chiltons/Haynes manual that covers the year/make/model or your car. It has entire section on rebuilding the engine and will give you torque specs, camshaft R/R, etc. Hmmm Having to take a camshaft out to put in head bolts does not seem to be one of Chrysler's better ideas.

Will a broken timing chain on a 2000 Lincoln ls mess up the motor

Yes, normally what happen is it throw out the valve timing. That is, one or two piston could be effected here with its related intake and exhaust valves. What could happen, broken piston tops, bent valves or broken valves.

Since, the 2000 Lincoln has a 4.6 litre V8 engine it will double over head cams. This mean each side of the engine on this V8 has it own camshaft. Also, Ford could have installed a cam brake, that is if the timing is lost, it will stop all valves in both heads to a close position. I hope so, some 4 cylinder have this option.

If the engine doesn't have a camshaft brake then major overhaul. It would be easier to buy an rebuilt factory engine to install. A good engine remanufacture that rebuild engine for Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and other auto manufactures would be you best bet. In other words, they rebuild those engines the way Ford wants them to be rebuilt. Best of luck. GB...stewbison

I need to replace the valves, camshaft and grankshaft....where i can download any repair manual for this big work.my friend was driving a car without an oil and ...... car is audi allroad 2.5 tdi 132 kw...

My advice is to compare the cost of a rebuild to a used engine. If it is cheaper to rebuild then pull the engine first and make sure the block is not trashed. If it is good, then to purchase a manual, I have not found any where or anyone willing to give it out for free.

CAMSHAFT FIT

I got lost with translation on the ebay link, but I would say no to the camshaft. The image on the site you linked was of the some sprockets only, again no. The two models have different camshaft journal cup placement. I own the '90RS model (recent total engine rebuild, so have workshop manual) and looking at diagrams (site link below) of the top end of the 2000, they have different camshaft sprocket connecting faces. The site below has exploded views of all parts of the motorcycle, 95% of DR650 models are there. Cheers.

Ticking noise comes and goes i took it to the dealer they said the camshaft and the#6 lifter is bad do i have to replace the engine

should be able to rebuild. sounds like you will need a new cam and lifter set. Cam and lifters could be replaced without completely rebuilding engine, but I wouldn't recomend it. All the metal from the cam and lifter goin down will have already gone through your oil system therefore engine really needs complete disassemble and cleaned.

Camshaft and crankshaft problem

The camshaft and crankshaft are located internally in the engine. To replace the engine would have to come out and completly rebuilt. Unless you have alot of experience in rebuilding engines I don't reccomend attempting this on your own. These are major compotents and have to be installed and aligned properly.

Engine rebuilding

If you can't find specs on this in a rebuild manual, you will need a dial indicator. find tdc on crankshaft, with #1 piston at top of stroke. Find exact point where #1cyl intake lobe on cam is 180 degrees from full open position. It is likely that you will find that there are alignment markings that will line up with reference points on block & head after you do this. The cam reference may be off by a couple of degrees, depending upon if the cam is intended to be installed "straight up" or a few degrees advanced.
