Not sure what year, make, model of bike, but basic testing should be done back to coil(s), if the bike fires when cold but once warmed up will not fire, could be a bad coil, or sometimes it could be a bad cam or crank sensor causing it not to start. If it's a newer bike say 2000 or newer, I'd take a look at the sensors first.

The bike was fireing on one cylinder then both came in now the bike wont start at all. i have changed the ecu/injectorsand the coil pack to no avail

Hi, Stephen if you have a CKP sensor it needs compression to send the correct signal to the ICM/ECM, make sure both spark plugs are in heads and use a grounded third plug to check for spark or hold spark plug cable close to spark plug in the head. If still not getting spark the usual suspects are:
1. Fouled spark plugs.
2. Battery voltage below 8.7 volts, loose or broken battery cables, check the "NEGATIVE" cable at both ends.
3. Loose connection at ignition coil or plug between ignition sensor and module.
4. Spark plug cables in bad condition, shorting / leaking, spark plug cable connections loose.
5. Faulty ignition coil or ignition / electronic module
6. Failed CKP, CMP, or BAS sensor.
7. Faulty ignition switch.
8. Security alarm failing to disarm.
Good luck and have a nice day.

The bike was in a crash and now it wont start.the bike will turn over just like it should but i dont hear the injectors coming on when i i turn the red switch to start. i know it could be alot of different...

Most bikes have a tip over when the bike is dropped....fuel pump and ignition are killed.
You should verify the switch has reset and will allow fuel and ignition.....some are mounted in the headlight area of the cowling.

Bike tipped over and now wont start. 1998 honda intercepter .

first make sure bike is in upright position then turn key off then back on and try to start the bike. sometimes you have to turn the key on,off,on,off,on and start the bike. this will reset you tilt sensor ( properly known as lean angle sensor). if the bike still doesn't start you probably need a new tilt sensor unless you bypass it.

Error code c23 on dash. Bike starts runs for about a minute then shuts off.

You have a bad "Tip Over Sensor", or the connector to it is loose.
Here's a clip from the error code manual:

c23 = Tip Over Sensor

The sensor voltage should be less than the following for more than 2 seconds after ignition switch turns ON.
(0.25 < sensor voltage < 4.85 V)
Without the above value, C23 is indicated
Troubleshoot: Tip Over Sensor, wiring/coupler connection

A repair manual for your bike will show the location and test parameters for the sensor.

I hope this helps!

Bike wont start tacho needle points to 3000 rpm

Tachs are coil sensing. Since you have a start problem, chk tach wiring at coil and coil wires.
If all is good, Locate or identify the tach wire and disconnect it. The tach wire should be on the negative side of the coil. If bike starts without tach wire hooked up, Your tack is more than likely the culprit. If bike stll won't run, chk for power to the coil and any possible fuse in ignition circuit. Under the seat I think. Good Luck

The fi light blinks in the dash

out of 9 sensor that would shut the injection off, I for got to set the tip-over sensor up for when the bike ever tip-over it cut off current supplied to the fuel pump, fuel injectors, and ignition coils.
