Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: owners manual for harley davidson p/n 71763-07

I checked the number you wrote and it does not come up as an owners manual. Most dealers charge $20 for bike's original owners manual. Repair manuals are $60 and up.

Hope it helps

SOURCE: Where can I get an engine gasket set for my 2007

http://store.qlinkmotor.com/p/gasket-cylinder-head-cover?pp=8
http://store.qlinkmotor.com/p/lh-crankcase-cover-gasket-1?pp=8
http://store.qlinkmotor.com/p/cover-r-crankcase?pp=8
Here are all the stock items... "Engine gasket" is kind of vague. I assumed valve cover gasket or crankcase gasket... Hope that is helpful. Oatmeal also works lol!

SOURCE: What is the top speed of a 07 Qlink Legend 250

85mph with a rider under 200lbs and decent road conditions. Lighter rider can get 90+ at 7500+rpm in 5th without much strain on the engine. Can improve this a bit by increasing jet size and an aftermarket intake.

Why cant i get my speed over 45 mph i have a 2007 qlink legend 250, adjusted the carb, checked the fuel supply etc, when i pulled the carb apart it didnt have a diaphragm/puff port, is it supposed to

Hi, Briana it appears to be a constant velocity carburetor so it should have a diaphragm up top otherwise, the usual suspects are:
1. Idle speed improperly adjusted.
2. Inlet system air leak.
3. Damaged or restricted fuel tank venting system.
4. Dirty or damaged air cleaner element.
5. The accelerator pump is inoperative.
6. Vacuum piston assembly malfunction.
7. Enrichener valve is not seated or leaking.
8. Restricted fuel supply tract.
9. Plugged bowl vent.
10. Loose or plugged fuel and air jets or passages.
11. Improper float level.
12. Worn or damaged needle or needle jet.
13. Loose or plugged main jets or passages.
