SOURCE: Honda CRF 100 timing
Turn the motor over clockwise until the punch mark on the gear lines up with the arrow mark on the side case. Check to be sure that the cam lobes are facing to the rear of the bike, if they are pointing toward the front keep going until they face back and the punch mark aligns up with the mark on the case.
Check the cam gear to make sure the two marks on the gear are level with the surface of the head.

I would recommend you , if there's no problems at all to the engine of your bike..like missing ,hestation or idling or tick over and speed and or any kind of noise, thn you need not worry about anything.
Just remove the spark plug examine it to its condition and gap , reset the gap if needed or best replace it.
Check too the air filter, pressure blow it and if its in worse condition replace it.
Check to the battery if it has one , if its a non-maintenance free check the acid level and if low fill her up to the level with distilled water.
Check the brakes and adjust as necessary.
Check the drive chain and adjust as necessary.
Once done.... your service is done!
Have a nice and safe riding!
