Thanks I found a air leak and put on a gasket... spark plug is back! Is this an indication of running rich?

Ice auger isn't getting gas....

You will probably have to remove and disassemble the carburetor. Clean thoroughly and reassemble. Drain the gas line until fresh fuel comes out. Always run premium nonoxygenated( no ethanol ) fuel in your auger and add a fuel stabilizer like stabil or seafoam .this will help keep the problem from reoccurring. Hope this helps.

My suzuki marauder 125 06 cuts out after a few minutes driving.. i think it stops when it gets hot.. i checked the air filter but its not that.. it starts up again after a few minutes of cooling down.....

There may be some water in the carb float bowl, condensation from inside the gas tank. Drain the carb and see if the problem goes away. Also, install a new spark plug.

Runs for anywhere from a few miles to 10 miles then just ...chug chug chug ...shuts off, then wont start again usually. may start after setting for 30 min.

There is a drain plug at the bottom outside edge of each carb float bowl. Drain the carbs. Chances are condensation from the gas tank is partially filling the float chamber. tombones49_226.gif

Yzf 250 carb settings not right.Bike is not running properly and has no power.keeps spluttering and cutting out. Can't get any idle adjustment

Drain the carb float bowl. Condensation from the gas tank has probably made its way into the bowl. If that doesn't help, remove the carb then remove the float bowl and use spray carb cleaner to clean the interior of the carb. Spray into every opening you can find.

Part 2 for build up of ice on coil inside frig

Does your locale have high humidity? If it does, there is no true way of stopping the build-up of frost (and ice). Unfortunately, water vapor condenses below the dew point (temperature at which vapor turn to liquid). This happens at higher temperatures in very high humidity environments. It is not as noticeable in the winter months when humidity is low, but the summer months are another story. Just like when you see water vapor on the outside of a glass of ice tea in the summer; you don't notice it as much in the winter months.

Magna 750 carb bowl blocked

sorry but you're going in. the float needle sound like they are plugged. the best way to go is to pull the carbs and clean them out. Don't adjust anything! Then I would recomend installing an inline fuel filter

After 2 iced winters left outside. Rebel 250 will not start

So you know that you are getting spark but no fuel. Do process of elimination. Start at the pet-****, then check the fuel line to the carb, if fuel is getting to the carb then you need to prove fuel is getting through the carb. Might be debris between the needle and seat or debris inside one of your jets. take your time, good luck.

Bike loses power

and although it runs fine most of the time it has cut out 3 times for no apparent reason - it just loses power and then won't re-start for a few minutes. The only likely explanation seems to be carb icing - there's nothing obviously wrong with the bike otherwise. Someone told me 2 strokes don't get carb icing but that makes no sense to me. Can anyone tell me whether these bikes are prone to carb icing and if so what I can do about it?,carb icing is maybe a factor but i doubt it.ive worked on all kinda bikes for 20 years and have rebuilt a freecia last year.freccias are fickle fings so i would suggest that u make sure the fundementals are correct first.i,e float hieght, condition of carb and jets.check coorect grade of plug and ht lead & cap.cagiva do reccomend in cold weather to add a little two stroke oil in the fuel tank so this may suggest a link to carb icing.if the above checks out ok and u still have problems then it could be time to check electrical side of things.also and i know im going on like an old fart but is your piston \ bore ok.? realy advise you change piston evry 6k miles. ,,,
