Question about 2008 Suzuki Boulevard M109R
Bike idles as though on one cylinder. Backfires on acceleration up to 3000rpm. After 3000rpm. works fine
Sometimes, the easy solutions, are the best. Here are a few ideas. 1) Check your sparkplugs. Are they burnt? Are they gapped correctly? Are they the right plugs? 2) What kind of gas are you using? A lower octane fuel will not burn eficiantly enough, and could leave carbon deposits on the plugs.3) Check your air filter. After sitting for the winter, I suggest replacing the air filter, spark plugs, and engine oil, EVERY SPRING!
