Engine runs when fully choked once you put load on stalls out

You have dirt in the jets of one or more carbs. Remove them spray them out with carb cleaner spray and blow out all the jets and passages with high pressure air. Since you gave no make, model or year I am giving you a generic answer which would not apply to any fuel injected engines only carbureted ones.

Wont idle properly

As you have not supplied any other info, I can only give you a general guide.
Firstly do a visual check, that there are no disconnected pipes etc, check the air filter is not blocked, look for possible air leaks. If all is OK up til now, then take the carbureter off, remove the float chamber and unscrew the main and slow running jets (brass),clean the two jets with an air jet, make sure you can see through the jets. reassmble every thing, and see if all is OK, if not you may need to adjust the slow running screw and the throttle stop screw. All the best, dont give up

Sudden acceleration

just by that short description if it decels a little and then hammers back into it I would say you have a plugged pilot jet. if it decels all together and only keeps dribbling along then a plugged main jet. if its not carbureted and is fuel injected then probably a bad maf sensor and its doing one or the other starving fuel or air trying to compensate from the info the sensor is or is not giving it

Motor will not run with choke off

sounds like it needs a carburetor cleaning.
No new parts needed just take the bowl off the bottom of the carb and clean the jet/jets. Todays gas does not play well with carbureted engines.

I have a 2008 zip 50 4t. It runs well in idle. But when i increase the throttle the engine nearly dies on me. It can also happen that when i test drive it runs well for a sec or two but before it reaches...

Hi, Mr Juergen,

From your explanation, it is clear the problem is on your jetting system i.e. the main jet on your carbureter.
When in idle the main jet is not in use but pilot jet. While you increase the RPM the main jet has the main role to accelerate the RPM/speed.
You can try re-clean again the main jet nozzle on your bike and let's see what happening.

Please note : over time your main jet can be deteroirated and if this is happen you may need to get new carbureter kit. It contains jettings, seals, o-ring etc.

Best luck.

Engine running too rich golf cart

Hi,
You need to tuning the fueling system. If you use the carbureter just check setting the primary and secondary jets. And check also your air filter for dirty.

How to repair back firing?

Backfiring during deceleration is caused by even small leaks in the headpipe and/or rich carburetion. I suggest checking your pipe for leaks and look into your jetting.

Some occassional backfiring is typical.

I have a carbureted ZX-11. I am going from 4500

you have to adjust the carb for sure on your way up and down.... the reasoning behind it is the air change... the higher you go the less air there is, lower you go the more air there is... you'll feel your bike struggle, bogg and spurt and thats when you know to pull over and adjust it while its running....
