SOURCE: i want to switch from champion rj12yc to E3

The crossreference charts say to use an E352 to replace your Champion spark plug.
http://www.e3sparkplugs.com/pdf/e3autocross.pdf

But, I can't understand why you would want to use this plug. I use only Autolite spark plugs, the cheap ones. All the fancy high priced spark plugs are not going to increase you horsepower or fuel mileage unless your engine is running badly to begin with. If you're fouling plugs, you certainly don't want to start fouling these expensive spark plugs. You need to fix the problem. But, here's the information you asked for.

Good Luck
Steve

316.79108. What is the proper gap for the sparkplug?

The gaps are 99% preset... Get a E3 spark plug, they cover multiple part number plugs. For example, if you have a BPMR6Y, a BPMR7Y, RCJ6, etc, one of the E3 plugs will cover them all and will already be gapped accordingly. If your equipment isn't running smoothly, it's most definitely not the gap of the plug... unless you're working on a pre 95 vehicle.

What is spark plug gap settings for a toro tb22ec trimmer

You don't have to gap the plugs on 2 cycle and 4 cycle equipment. They are already pregapped. Look at the part number of the plug and go get yourself an E3 brand plug which covers multiple plug numbers...best plugs on the market.

Engine misfiring

I always replace plugs with same brand and number as came out whenever possible, just for that reason. I've seen too many engines run bad after changing from manufacturers recommended plugs.
