There are two screws below the rubber stem fixed it to the frame. You can hardly see them from any angle but can reach them through the two round openings next to the stem. Use a small wrench, through the openings, to access and remove the screws, then you can remove the stem. However, keep the entire police seat assembly since you might want to put it back like what I am doing now. I tried serveral Harley and other brands seat, high or low profile, and found the police seat is the most interesting seat to ride with.

The oil dipstick is located on the right side of bike almost directly under the football cover for the air cleaner. It's a round knob that pulls directly out (Kind of wiggle as you pull on it). Just check like a regular car dipstick pull, wipe and reinsert and then look at dipstick.

with most ABS light stay means a problem.
most of the time the wheel speed sensor.
2 wire connection to pick up coil (transducer)
what is located near the axle hub.
may be not getting signal from open circuit
or transducer to far away from ring

Thats not totally correct. remove your air filter cover. look to the lower right side. You will see a small hole thats where the screw driver goes in to adjust your idle. Ya the dealer has a scanlizer that can also do it if u want to spend the bucks.
