Turn ignition on, signals flash 6 times, cranks but will not start.

The load on the LED lamps is too low for the turn signal control box. there is an equilizer box available you have to put in line with the signals to get the load back to where it needs to be.
In it's current condition it beleives a light is burnt out.

He's right! The key fob for the security system needs a clear signal to the module to disarm the bike. That's why the flashers turn on. If the fob is at the bike, the security module has lost it's memory, or the antenna for the key fob reception is not connected. You also need to squeeze the clutch lever to allow the engine to engage also...new safety feature i think for 07. Hope this helps.

The wires got pinched under the seat frame or towards the Handel bars.Under the seat there are relays .Take the seat off and turn the ignition on and inspect the relay , which ever is making the clicking noise.Also inspect the head light and tail light wiring, may be any of them getting loose or flickered, due to this its flashing.----------If the breakers are not resetting, maybe you still have a grounded wire? The breakers are located under the seat to the rear. Also, have you checked the cut-off switch on the right handlebar? Maybe that wire is open or grounded(or the switch is off--it happens).---------- ----------- But if all checked ok, then this clicking noise which you hear is shorting starter relay.This relay is located under the seat.Its not a costly relay, and easy to replace an easily available at local auto part store.------ Replacing this relay should help.----------- Thanks.Helpmech.

With the bike turned off, remove the TSM/TSSM. This is the security module. Make the sure these connections aren't wet. And quit powerwashing your bike!

Turn the key to the ignition position. Quickly press both turn signal indicators, until a light on the dash flashes.
Enter the first digit of your 5-digit security PIN by pressing in the left-turn switch the same number of times. So if your PIN is 76543, you should press the left-turn switch six times.
Press the right-turn switch once to store the number and move to the next digit in your PIN code. Press the left turn signal six times to continue, until you get to the end. At the end of the process, the alarm will disarm and the light on the dash will stop blinking. You can now start the bike as normal
