Question about 1997 Honda VT 1100 C Shadow Spirit
Check your battery connections an make sure the terminals are clean an tight I would check the battery with a meter an then check the connections at the solenoid from there the power will run up to the ignition switch there may be a small fuse panel check your fuses as well start with the simple things that are cost free make sure the fuses have not corroded if the fuses are good then head to the ignition make sure if the lights are not coming on your ignition is not power everthing up if you have had the head light out make sure you have not pulled any wires loose as the male female connecters are not hard to seperate tif the ignition is powering up check the fule pump wires make sure all grounds are good an clean you can check most of this stuff with a 12 volt test light very easy to use you will clip the ground wire an touch the other end to power it will light you can chase this down no problem
