2007 GSXR 750 was stuck in the flood..water was as high as bottom of the gas tank...i drained oil/water n did it again..changed spark plugs cleaned out air ducts and air box...all lights come on but when...

This will likely be one of two problems
1....Your battery , even if it is showing 12 volts may be bad and not giving you the necessary cranking amps to fully engage the starter and turn the motor over
2....Due to getting wet your wiring is corroded and needs to be cleaned, especially the ground, and then remounted tight.
Try these and see if it helps

There is a fuel pump relay. Mine on a Triumph is next to the battery. Not sure exactly where yours is.

I have a 2007 GSXR-750 that just had the stator replaced cause the bike would not keep battery charged now while out riding the bike just shut down and lost all power and when i turn the key off and on i...

Check that the battery cables are secure (specifically the ground)
