Question about 1988 Suzuki DR 750 S
Most mechanics when dealing with floats, play by ear. Connect a hose to the inlet of the carb and blow thru it. With the carb upside down, you should not be able to blow thru the hose. While lifting the float, note the distance it travels until you can start blowing thru the carb. It's always best that the fuel should cut off faster at the top, than the bottom, so you won't have excess overflow.
