It will run lean due to screwed up VE and ECM does not know why etc.

Why??? You will mess up VE and have to have bike run on a dyno to develop a new specific map for the bike and then have the ECM flashed with it. MUCH better and probably cheaper to do an engineered stage one for which maps will already be available and proven etc.

Can i remove baffels on my 95 volcan without doing any thing else

removing the baffels to decoke them is okay, but removing to improve power dosnt always work, because the carbs, the camshaft and the exhaust are pretuned to give the engine a reasonable power band at low to mid baffles will weakon the carb, move the power band up higher and bottom endcould be flat and gut less

Well, now that you asked, by removing the baffles it changes the back pressure on the exhaust system. In some cases this causes need for re-jetting the carbs to make it run a bit richer. There are a lot of riders out there that like the louder sound of the baffles either drilled or removed entirely. The exhausts are factory tuned to match the jetting of the carbs.
Keep an eye on the exhaust pipes to see if they start turning blue. If so, it is a sign of the engine starving for fuel and would be a good time to consider re-jetting. Or, if you like the color blue and purple on your exhausts you can leave the jetting alone.

HE3 dryer drum metallic noise while spinning.

The baffels are pretty easy to take out.
You will need a quarter inch nut driver.

First, you remove the top cover of the unit off by removing the 3 screws in the back. then each baffle will have 2 quarter inch screws and you can access them easily once the top cover is off.

Best of luck :)

One of the baffles broke off the tumbler and need to replace it

correct no repair guy neede unplug the unit so you dont get electrocuted happen to me once dont let it happen to you. remove the front panel than undo two screws at top of cabinet to release the top rotate the drum so the baffel you are replacing is at the 12 oclock position insert the baffel rub the screws thru the factory holes at top of unit if the holes are stripped dont be afraid to throw a washer in with the screw and dont over tighten because they will stripp out the plastic baffel . reasemble and your done takes about ten minutes

Removing baffles in my1300 vtx c honda ?

it is not hard to do but it would be best to get the drag pipes. there are a host of problems to think of though. you will need to rejet the carbs to accomodate the free up in back pressure. you will need the tourque slipins for the pipes. they will fit right into the pipes where they connect at the heads. the 1300 is going to be super loud without the baffels. like getting stopped by the law loud. it would be best to get a tuned drag setup from a dealer as to get the sound you are looking for as well as keep it below jonnie laws radar.

I busted out all the baffels in the stock pipes and was wondering what would happen if i didnt get the bike rejected. the bike runs good its just it back fires due to me busting the pipes out but i can...

baffles are on a bike for a dual reason one it cuts down on noise and the other real important one is proper back pressure your valves will get no commpression relief if the air can just escape to fast your bikes motor will get hotter faster damage depends on how your valves are set and the choice of spark plug you run i would say for your peace of mind if you want a loud pipe get power cones to give back the pressure your motor needs and then you can run a free exaust flowing pipe that back fire is your valves already going out of adjustment they are not closing right and extra air is sneaking in during the intake /exaust transition i hope this helps you

the issue is a broken baffle in the system. there is a baffel that directs water into the heat exchanger and back out into the system. The welds that hold the baffel in place have broken off. It can be repaired if you take the unit to someone with a mig welder and have them re-weld it (muffler shop, mechanic?). there needs to be a weld on both sides. You can see the baffel if you remove the unit and look down the inlet and outlet tubes.
