2003 Silverado 3500 Crew Cab Dually 8.1 liter V8. A short time after startup, selecting the right turn signal causes all 4 (left and right) turn signals to flash. In addition, the left and right arrows on the dash and the left and right arrows in the mirrows all flash. At startup the signals operate normally for about 10 minutes. The left turn signal allways operates normally. It is as if after warm up selecting the right turn signal, turns on the Emergency Flasher.
If you have an aftermarket trailer plug on your truck, you are going to want to inspect the wiring to the plug, and the connections in the plug. I think it's shorting out.
