Question about 2007 Victory Vegas Jackpot
Your probably running too rich. The fuel not being burned in the motor sometimes burns up in the exhaust.
I had the same problem with my 03 Vegas when I knocked out the baffels on my Stage 1 kit. I took it to the dealership and they increased the airflow into the intake.
It still runs a little rich, but better too rich that too lean. Mine still pops a little bit, I guess its just the nature of the beast.
If increasing the airflow doesn't do the trick, your going to have to get some more back pressure inside that exhaust, i.e. different baffels that are more restrictive.
Good Luck. Let me know how it goes for ya.
