SOURCE: spark plug was drowned from the gas

It could be that the floats in carb are sticking, or the the carb is adjusted way to rich allowing more gas to enter cylinder than what can be burned off.
Otherwise, you may have a weak coil which is not giving the bike enough spark to ignite all the gas.

I put a mixture of oil gas in my 621 R/621 toro snowblower?

Hi Jerome:
Shouldn't be too bad.
You could disconnect the fuel line at the carb and drain the tank.
Drain and flush the carb. Reconnect the fuel line and fill with fresh gas.
If it won't start, pull the spark plug and clean/dry it with a propane torch, or replace it.
Odds are it will be fine.
Cheers.

Snapper lawnmower will not start - sparkplug is good, air filter clean, no idea what is wrong

Try a touch of starting fluid right into the carburator by taking the air filter off. If it then starts but wont run or stay running, the reservoir below the carb should be removed to clean at and the pinhole in the vertical intake tube above the bowl nut. This is the most common problem with lawnmower start problems, the pinhole can be unplugged with one wire from a wire brush. Be careful with the gas, at least pinch off the gas hose with a vise grips while removing the carb bowl.. Never use a droplight around gasoline. most lawnmowers have no mixture adjustments, so it is a matter of cleaning the carb, tank, gas lines. Some oils in gas mix systems settle and clog after less than one season. Spark can be tested by sight, remove the plug and use a clip-on ground wire from spark plug body to metal on the engine with the plug wire connected.

Poulan blower was running - ran out of gas - put gas in - won't start- primed - won't start - let sit - won't start-took cover off - sprayed starter fluid in carb - won't start- -(very little stutter)...

Hello
Does it use a fuel and oil mixture? You probably did that.

Try removing the spark plug and cleaning it with a wire brush or some emery cloth.Make sure you have spark by connecting the plug wire and resting the plug on the metal motor block.

Do not hold the plug in your hand ,if you have no spark you may have a bad magneto.

MB3202 Will NOt Start Change The gas line in

It is most likely the carb is gummed up and not allowing the correct amount of fuel/air mixture into the cylinder.
First remove spark plug, connect it to the coil wire, place end of plug on engine block or head. Pull engine over and look for good strong spark. If it is good, then the problem is the carb.

Craftman gas leaf blower stopped working suddenly. I changed the spark plugs but it still won't start

first check for spark, if you have spark gap plug at .030. turn mixture screws completelin give a short squirt of carb cleaner directly into throat of carb and try to start if unit starts then dies ,carb needs to be rebuilt and also change fuel filter in the gastank. gas mixture 40:1

It will not start. new spark plug. gas mixture is

If the leaf blower has been setting up for a while there is a possibility that the jets in the carb are clogged up,and it's not getting gas into the engine. Or the spark plug may not be getting any fire, you can check this by removing the plug and and grounding the end where the gap is against a metal part of the engine and letting someone pull the starter cord while you watch closely to see if a spark jumps across the gap, but be very careful you don't want to cause an explosion from gas fumes. If you don't feel comfortable doing this you may need to take the leaf blower to a repair shop and have it serviced.

Have a Poulan Gas Powered Chain Saw, I haven't started in 10 yrs.

check that plug is getting spark (remove plug, w/ cap attached hold tip of plug on cooling fin. pull starter rope, should see spark). if not receiving gas check filter in tank, if ok procede to carb possibly add a bit of starter fluid.
