Question about 1999 Honda CB 600 Hornet F
It doesn't sound right when I start it up and it sounds like a fan is going in the engine however the fan is not running, I've been told the carbs may need bleeding - but not too sure
Not sure what to tell you with the information given.
Can you check that the starter-motor is disengaging and it's not that you can hear whizzing round? It'll not last long if it's that.
Carbs don't get bled chap, you can drain them to check for dirt and water or you can balance (synch) them for smoother pickup
Coolant systems (Radiator etc) can be bled v0v
